Here at girls play sport too we are always looking to find great reasons why women and girls really should exercise more, and today we came across a great article on the American's Womens Sport Foundation website that we wanted to share with you.
Below are just a few reasons:

* Girls who participate in sport have higher self-esteem and pride in themselves
