The Vitality Show

This years show is 27-30 March at the Olympia in London.  There will be hundreds of things to do, see and explore from the style theatre to BUPA health assessment centre, from the Vitality day spa to the Eve champagne lounge.  Tickets are £14 if you buy them in advance and you can buy them here
