Adidas Women's 5K now open!

                                   

This years adidas 5k challenge is taking place in three parts of the country:

London

Birmingham

Liverpool

all on Sunday 7th September so you have plenty of time to get some practise in.  This is a great event to have some fun and raise money for one of teh great charities involved.  See the website below for more info.
