Sweat in the city is a new programme aimed at women aged 16 to 24, who live in London and do little or no exercise. Sweat in the city hopes to change the way that women feel about exercising. As part of signing up to the programme you can get up to 3 months free gym membership at over 100 private gyms and leisure centres.
