We know that sometimes you just don't have the time to go through a training session with a personal trainer and sometimes you would just rather get on and do it alone.

We've made it really easy for you to start your own programme and get fit.  Simply choose from a one month, six month or twelve month programme and we'll send you the rest!

Follow the links below to buy your programme, once we have received your order we'll send you a questionnaire which will help us find out abit more about your fitness level, what kind of exercises you like doing and how long you want to work out for.  Simply send it back to us and within a few days you'll be ready to start your programme.

One month programme

Based on your questionnaire we'll send you a test session, this will allow us to find out if the routine suits your needs and how your body copes with the exercises.  From this we will then write your full programme.  You can contact us any time if you think your programme needs changing or you have any questions about the exercises we have given you.
