Members must be aged 18 years or over.

Membership Terms

The membership fee is not refundable to any member of girls play sport too in any circumstances.  If girls play sport too decline to accept your membership for whatever reason, then girls play sport too shall refund to the applicant her membership fee.  girls play sport too reserves the right to cancel membership at any time if abuse is detected or reported.

girls play sport too accepts no responsibility or liability for teh conduct or action of its members.

girls play sport too reserves the right to remove any text/messages that they consider to be harmful or threatening to the site.

Contacts and meetings between members are made at their own risk and at the doscretion of members themselves.  girls play sport too will not become involved in this process and accepts no responsibility or liability for any members making contact or meeting with any other member, or when they do so.

girls play sport too would like to make clear that, although we help members of the public locate a trainer, any subsequent relationship entered into is purely between the public and the trainer. At no point is a contract formed between girls play sport too and the public or girls play sport too and the trainer.
 
We strongly advise that all members using this search facility check the status of insurance and any certificates with the trainer.

Alteration of Terms and Conditions

girls play sport too may at any time and in its absolute discretion,revoke, add to or amend these Terms and Conditions.
