Running the Highlands is a great website we came across recently that offers running holidays, training weekends, and race event packages all in the Scottish Highlands.  They are completely flexible and can offer lots of other extras like sports massage, pilates, strecthing techniques, sports nutrition and coaching advice.

After speaking to Running the Higlands they told me that they got a lot of female runners and a lot of them tend to go on their own for the first time, so don't worry if you think you have no-one to go with.

If you're the type of person that misses running too much whilst on holiday then this sounds like the perfect solution.  To find out more click here.
